ASAP Sponsorship is not available [Hybrid] Staff Accountant Description Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking a Staff Accountant to add to their team in Jacksonville, FL. Reporting directly to the Finance Director and working alongside a small, collaborative team, you'll play a key role in supporting financial reporting, analysis, and month-end close. You'll contribute across a variety of accounting functions, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, posting daily bank activity, supporting payroll and benefits, and analyzing monthly compensation and insurance data. Ideal candidates for this role have experience in the private sector and are resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to build and optimize processes in a dynamic environment. This is a highly visible position within a lean, growing team where you'll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, take ownership of your work, and directly impact process improvements and the firm's continued growth.
