Responsibilities Include:

Gather information such as risk mitigation compliance, bonds, insurance certificates, etc. Ensures weekly AP review Manage bank deposits Set up new customers and manage job contracts Reconcile expense reports Cost coding invoices Works closely with financial institution partners and vendors Takes ownership of projects to ensure high quality results

Qualifications:

Construction accounting experience-required Minimum of 4+ years of recent construction accounting experience Experience in either Intacct, Procore, Foundation, Spectrum, Viewpoint, Textura, etc. is highly sought after Excel- Intermediate Salaried Position ($65-75,000), Direct Hire This is a hybrid position located in Nashville (west side), TN.
