Project Accountant Salary :

- This Project Accountant role offers visibility across operations, finance, and leadership teams Key Responsibilities for the
Project Accountant:
- Review contracts to ensure billing terms, schedules of values, and retention requirements are accurate
- Set up and manage projects and work orders in Spectrum, including billing coordination
- Partner with project managers to track progress, change orders, and billing timelines
- Process and input billing based on project estimates and contract terms
- Maintain accurate project data and support AR/collections processes Qualifications for the
Project Accountant:
- 3+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Experience with Excel and ERP systems (Spectrum preferred)
