In this role, you'll take ownership of the full financial reporting cycle for assigned properties, playing a key role in maintaining the financial health and performance of our portfolio. What You'll Do Prepare work by gathering and organizing documents and related information to ensure smooth financial operations. Process accounts payable by verifying transaction details, scheduling disbursements, and securing payment authorization. Manage revenue processes by verifying transaction information, calculating charges and refunds, preparing invoices, and identifying delinquent accounts or insufficient payments. Support collections by following up with delinquent accounts and communicating with customers on payment issues. Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data and trends. Maintain accurate accounting ledgers through timely and precise transaction posting. Reconcile accounts by verifying statements and ensuring transaction accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reviewing documentation and initiating payments, stop payments, or adjustments as needed. Safeguard financial accuracy and compliance by adhering to internal accounting controls. Protect data integrity by completing database backups. Preserve financial history by maintaining organized and thorough accounting records. Collaborate with team members and contribute wherever needed to achieve shared goals. What You'll Bring Ability to process and manage large volumes of data across multiple properties Strong administrative writing skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Accurate and efficient data entry skills Solid general math skills Experience with financial software (Yardi preferred) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial information Experience with financial reporting Effective verbal communication skills
