We are looking for an experienced staff accountant to assist with audits and preparation and review of individual and business tax returns. Our professionals strive to exceed our clients' expectations through timely and quality service using current technology and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Demonstrates the ability to identify issues and apply accounting and/or tax principles and auditing procedures in a timely and efficient manner. Fosters an environment of teamwork with principles of integrity and respect. Exhibits effective communication and listening skills. Consistently displays an attitude of quality service. Actively participates in professional and community organizations. Exhibits an understanding of technology used in engagement management, along with the ability to perform in a paperless environment. Capable of understanding clients' business objectives, performing the appropriate research, and presenting solutions to satisfy those objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA certification preferred. Two to four years of experience in public accounting. Depending on assignments, travel is a requirement when the circumstances are safe for our team members to travel to client sites.
