Doing:

Lead monthly financial reviews and provide strategic insights to business owners Prepare and analyze financial statements in QuickBooks Online Assist clients with financial forecasting, decision analysis, and business strategy Oversee and mentor junior accountants to ensure quality and efficiency in bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable Support advanced payroll processes and human resources functions Coordinate with tax professionals to ensure smooth tax filings
