Job Summary:
Responsible for Project Accounting and Accounting tasks. Process Accounts Receivable Invoices. Maintain and Analyze General Ledger Transactions.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for month-end tasks such as reporting, reconciliations, and journal entries. 2. Manage and analyze General Ledger account transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency. 3. Assist in identifying and documenting process improvements within the organization. 4. Oversee and post project data to ensure budget goals and accurate coding and reporting. 5. Process Accounts Receivable Invoices. 6. Maintenance of department information and files. 7. Prepare and manage Consultants' agreements and related transactional tasks. 8. Assist the VP of Finance and Accounting Manager. 9. Perform other accounting related duties as needed.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 5+ years manufacturing or related accounting experience.
  • Ability to trace transactions
  • Advanced Excel skills
MAS 500/ERP
experience preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Advanced detail-oriented skill level
  • Advanced organizational qualities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with discipline and focus in an unstructured environment

Pay:
$65,000.00
