This role offers the opportunity to support critical accounting, reporting, forecasting, and compliance activities while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive accurate financial results. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon. Senior Accountant Responsibilities Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. Prepare and review financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and management reporting packages. Support SEC reporting, regulatory filings, SOX compliance activities, and internal and external audits. Manage specialized accounting processes, including investment, reserve, and joint venture-related transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, support strategic planning, and meet organizational objectives. Senior Accountant Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA certification required. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting experience preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, technical accounting research, and internal controls. Experience with ERP or financial systems such as SAP, along with advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills; BlackLine experience preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, project coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
