Open to different opinions and new ideas (not a very bureaucratic group) Challenging work- opportunity to learn a lot and get your arms around the whole business Hybrid schedule Specific Responsibilities Of The Senior Accountant Include Assist with the close and consolidation process and preparation of financial statements, including analysis of results, resolution of differences and communication of unexpected or unusual variances Work closely with multiple departments and accounting and finance team members Assist with the internal reporting function related to the monthly management reporting package and other GAAP and non-GAAP metrics Interface with external auditors for annual audits, including preparation of financial statements, schedules and documentation Month end close duties: journal entries, account reconciliations, stock based compensation Preferred Qualifications Of The Senior Accountant 3+ years of relevant accounting experience Public accounting or public company experience preferred Experience with consolidations CPA or CPA tracking Experience working with large multinational companies, whether in corporate or public accounting B.S. in Accounting
