The Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for managing key accounting functions and preparing financial reports. Duties Oversee general ledger accounting, including account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision and adherence to deadlines. Ensure timely payment of all company bills, maintaining accurate records and tracking due dates. Provide support in preparing and filing taxes, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and deadlines. Work closely with the CFO to effectively close the financial books at the end of each period Experience 5+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools Strong Microsoft Excel skills
