Senior Accountant This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing investment firm that is doing exceptionally well financially and continuing to build momentum. This Senior Accountant will join a sharp, collaborative finance team and work closely with the CFO and senior leadership. The role is hybrid in-office in the Loop and offers incredible benefits, strong visibility, and the chance to get in at an exciting growth stage .

Support day-to-day fund accounting and corporate accounting responsibiliti esAssist with the monthly and quarterly close proce ssPrepare portfolio holdings and investment-related reporting for senior leadersh ipSupport valuation work, including quarterly valuation materia lsAssist with financial statement preparation, review, audit requests, and tax-related deliverabl esHelp prepare investor reporting, regulatory reporting, and ad hoc reques tsProvide transaction support to the investment te amAssist with portfolio monitoring and asset diligen ceIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, internal controls, and overall finance operatio ns Qualificati onsBachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong academic backgrou nd.2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally from public accounting, asset management, investment management, fund accounting, or a similar finance/accounting environme nt.
