We are a close-knit team where every person makes a direct impact and client relationships are built to last." Are you looking for a role where you own your client relationships and your work genuinely matters? What You Will Do Provide tax compliance services to individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, and corporations Build and manage direct client relationships with a high degree of autonomy Support HOA and nonprofit audit and review engagements Collaborate with an experienced team on client workflow and engagement delivery Contribute to a firm culture built on quality, responsiveness, and long-term client relationships Extended hours are expected during tax season (February through April). What We Are Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on individual and business tax compliance Strong technical knowledge of federal and California state tax law Demonstrated client relationship and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with professional tax software — UltraTax a plus HOA or nonprofit experience a plus Attest experience a plus CPA license preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines What We Offer Competitive compensation — $85,000 to $115,000 based on experience Hybrid work schedule — Monday through Friday Health, dental, and vision benefits 401k with employer match Paid time off Performance based bonus opportunity A collaborative team where your contributions are recognized
