Job Description
Our client is seeking a REMOTE Experienced Interim Senior Accountant to provide hands on accounting support during a system migration. This is a fully remote role looking for candidates who are either EST or CST only! Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries during month-end and quarter-end close Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances Support financial reporting and general ledger activities Prepare payroll journal entries, prepaids, and PP&E Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and investigations Help support accounting operations during an ERP migration Audit Support Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Microsoft Dynamics or Power BI required External audit support or public accounting experience is a plus
