The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing accounting experience and thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities:
Senior Accountant Perform and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including consolidated reporting Oversee corporate-level accounting for inventory, cost of goods sold, accruals, and intercompany activity Review and analyze manufacturing costs and variances in partnership with plant accounting teams Assist with financial statement preparation, flux analysis, and management reporting Support budgeting and forecasting processes at the corporate level Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate accounting policies, and internal controls Coordinate audit support for internal and external auditors Assist with system enhancements, process improvements, and accounting standard implementations
Qualifications:
Senior Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3 or more years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing financial processes Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar) Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities #
