SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) $70,000-$95,000 A well-established, multi-entity organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its collaborative finance team. This role blends traditional accounting responsibilities with exposure to financial analysis and strategic reporting, offering strong visibility to leadership. OVERVIEW OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE
Lead month-end and year-end close processes The Senior Accountant will prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports Support budgeting and forecasting processes The Senior Accountant will assist with financial modeling and variance analysis Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Partner cross-functionally with operations to improve financial insights The Senior Accountant will assist with process improvements and system enhancements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3–6+ years of relevant experience (public or industry) Strong understanding of GAAP Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) Experience with multi-entity or multi-location environments is a plus EB-2011310061
