Temp-to-Hire Position Summary This hybrid, temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of managing complex accounting functions. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. Key Responsibilities Manage Month-End Close- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities. Perform General Ledger Accounting
- Maintain the general ledger, analyze account activity, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Support Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders. Coordinate Audits and Compliance
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, schedules, and analysis while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. Analyze Financial Data and Processes
- Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other special projects
