Job Description:

This is a hybrid role located in Morristown, NJ with excellent benefits and a talented leadership team.

Salary range:

$95,000-$115,000 Great opportunity to leave Public Accounting before the next busy season! The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports, statements and bank reconciliations. Must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen. This position will report directly to the Controller and will also work closely with Finance leadership.

Responsibilities:

Month end close completion Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring transactions are in accordance with GAAP Perform all general ledger accounting functions and analysis Assist with SOX internal control process Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis Ensure accuracy of banking activities Monitor customer accounts credit limits Daily review of sales orders Analyze and adjust inventory and receivables provisions and accruals such (Tax and Audit) Reconcile Intercompany accounts Responsible for inventory transactions, invoices and cycle counts Preparation of monthly reporting packages for presentation to Executives Annual budget and budget reviews

Requirements:

Strong with Excel, Macros preferred 3+ years of experience - Public or Public/Private a plus Big 4 experience preferred BS in Accounting CPA or pursuing Exam preferred GAAP •Immediate Interviews•Contact rragusa@clarkdavis.com
