This person is a business partner and liaison between the Accounting and Finance teams the great IT team in house. Join us and you will take a lead role in various ERP system implementations as well as ERP migrations. The Lead participates in evaluating processes, projects, and initiatives that support the company's strategic goals and objectives and is an SME in all supported applications. Responsibilities Lead implementations, upgrades and maintenance of ERP systems such as Sage, Epicor, Great Plains, other ERP systems, and the budgeting/forecasting software. Liaison between Accounting/Finance teams and IT as the Company migrates subsidiaries to a new ERP. Monitors, analyzes, automates, and improves current processes and procedures to facilitate the use and development of technology for Finance, Support, and Operational departments in line with enterprise growth and needs Manages relationships and integrates with operational and other support departments as well as third-party customers and vendors to achieve departmental goals and objectives Remains up-to-date and current on developing business trends as they pertain to finance, business systems, processes, goals, objectives, and directions. Collaborate and consult with all areas of the enterprise to develop and improve existing business systems Trains, develops, and collaborates with internal customers and Finance/IT staff on the utilization of newly developed procedures/tools in order to ensure consistent application and understanding Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience equivalent Minimum five or more years of experience, preferably seven years or more Must have experience in ERP implementations and upgrades Knowledge of Business applications (Financials, General ledger, AR,AP modules) Accounting knowledge, with understanding of general ledger, accounts receivable, payables, and journal entries Exceptional organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and project management skills Strength in developing business relationships in a matrixed organization.
