Sugar Land, TX Salary:

$65,000-$80,000 We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support multiple small business clients. Responsibilities Full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end close Prepare financial statements and workpapers Bank and credit card reconciliations Accounts payable and accounts receivable Payroll processing and payroll tax compliance Sales tax return preparation W-2 and 1099 preparation Texas Franchise Tax reports and property tax renditions New business registrations and state compliance filings Respond to IRS and state notices Client communication and support Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop Experience with Gusto, ADP, or similar payroll platforms Strong understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and financial reporting Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Preferred CPA firm, bookkeeping firm, or outsourced accounting experience Experience with Texas sales tax, franchise tax, and renditions Experience working directly with small business owners

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
