Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH is looking to fill a Senior Accountant with large and well-known company in Dallas. This company is a leading provider in the entertainment industry. They have a fun and exciting culture. The company always makes an effort to promote their top players within the accounting and finance group. The Senior Accountant will report to the Assistant Controller and will prepare company financials, assist in mentoring staff accountants and assist in maintaining and developing controls, policies and procedures. This is a hybrid position and pays 95K-100K+Bonus.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full month end close process
Prepare financial statements and perform variance analysis
Assist in development of internal controls and accounting policies and procedures
Participate in all aspects of general accounting reporting and analysis
Partner up with different departments within the company to achieve company objectives

Ad-Hoc Projects Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Minimum 5-7 years of Accounting experience
Proficiency with ERP systems ideally Oracle
CPA or CPA candidate not required but would be a plus
Skills:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Details:
