Accounting Manager / Controller Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) We're partnering with a growing company in the Pittsburgh area seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Controller to join their leadership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the accounting function, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally with leadership.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
- Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and accounting operations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities
- Improve processes and internal controls
- Partner with leadership on financial analysis and strategic initiatives
- Mentor and develop accounting staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior leadership or management experience
- Strong systems and ERP experience
