Job Description

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing stable client to fill a Senior Accountant (AP) contract position. This role will be approximately 6 months in length and is hybrid remote. Candidates based in OKC area are eligible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare financial statements including research and communication of analyses to division and executive management. Such statements include, but are not limited to, income statements, balance sheets, account reconciliations, cash flow statements, investment reports, quarterly and annual financial statements filed with regulatory agencies and others. 2. Perform moderately complex financial data analyses and account reconciliations including the research and communication of variances to supervisor. Prepare correcting journal entries as needed. 3. Prepare items such as budgets, expense information, payment vouchers, manual/reoccurring journal entries, mortgage payments, financial information for rating agencies and cash flow maintenance. 4. Complete other projects as assigned to meet data needs of management, including developing automated processes for the division. 5. Assist with internal/external audits as needed. 6. Prepare and track fixed assets for accounting purposes. This includes tracking location, quantity and depreciation of the assets. Includes coordinating with Purchasing department to ensure accurate information for reporting purposes. 7. Complete processing within ERP of incoming data from data providers utilized in GL and AP subledger and identify and resolve issues in processing including but not limited to identification and resolution of interface issues. 8. Pay Details:
