Senior Non-Profit Accountant:
- Manage full financial oversight of a $10M portfolio of HUD/HRA contracts
- Perform budget modifications, tracking, and variance analysis
- Process vouchering, reimbursements, and contract-related financial activity
- Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal funding requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting within SAGE Intacct
- Collaborate with program teams on budgeting, forecasting, and spend management Qualifications for the
Senior Non-Profit Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of nonprofit or fund accounting experience
- Direct experience with HUD and/or HRA contracts
- Strong background in budget management, vouchering, and reimbursements
- Proficiency in SAGE Intacct
