Senior Non-Profit Accountant:
Manage full financial oversight of a $10M portfolio of HUD/HRA contracts
Perform budget modifications, tracking, and variance analysis
Process vouchering, reimbursements, and contract-related financial activity
Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal funding requirements
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting within SAGE Intacct
Collaborate with program teams on budgeting, forecasting, and spend management Qualifications for the

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of nonprofit or fund accounting experience
Direct experience with HUD and/or HRA contracts
Strong background in budget management, vouchering, and reimbursements
