Hamilton, Ohio. This role offers flexibility with either a hybrid schedule or a fully in-office setup for the right candidate.
Note:
To be considered, you should have 2+ years of public accounting tax experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting, and either an active CPA or EA, or a clear commitment to obtaining one. We are seeking candidates with permanent U.S. work authorization.

Job Description
Prepare and review tax work for privately held businesses across a range of industries
Support client engagements and build strong, trusted client relationships
Work on business tax matters involving closely held entities
Partner with senior team members on planning, compliance, and advisory-related projects
Mentor and support junior staff as you continue developing your leadership skills
Contribute to a client-focused team environment built around responsiveness and quality
Use technology and strong technical skills to deliver efficient, accurate work
Grow into a broader advisory role as your experience and responsibilities expand
Qualifications
2+ years of public accounting experience in tax
Bachelor's degree in accounting required
CPA or EA preferred, or strong path toward obtaining licensure
Experience working with business tax clients preferred
Strong communication and client service skills
Advanced Excel skills preferred
QuickBooks Online experience preferred
