This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid background in accounting who can work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and contribute to a high-quality client experience.

Schedule :

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Part-time or full-time availability considered

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients (QuickBooks Desktop and Online) Assist with and prepare tax-related work (Drake Software) Process payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance (Paychex) Maintain and reconcile financial records Support client needs and internal accounting operations

Qualifications :

Previous accounting experience required (public accounting or multi-client experience preferred) Proficiency in bookkeeping, payroll, and general accounting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Professional communication skills

Work Environment:

Primarily in-office role in Springfield, MO Limited remote flexibility available
