Hybrid Big 4 Experience preferred We are seeking a highly skille d Staff Accounta nt to join the finance team at a leadin g Fortune 500 manufacturing compa ny. This role is critical in providing financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement support to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our accounting operation s. Key Responsibilit ies Prepare and rev iew complex journal entries, accruals, and adjustm ents in accordance with G AAP.L ead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end c lose activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial report ing.

Perform and rev iew balance sheet, intercompany, inventory, and fixed asset reconciliat i ons.

Prepare and anal yze financial statements, variance reports, and management repor ting, providing actionable insights to leaders hip.

Collaborate w ith operations, supply chain, procurement, and other cross-functional t eams to ensure accurate costing, inventory accounting, and financial report ing.

Supp ort internal and external au dits, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, SOX requirements, and regulatory standa rds.

Identify and implem ent process improvements, automation opportunities, and ERP system efficien c ies.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, supporting team development and knowledge shar ing. Qualifica tions Bachelor's degr ee in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA-track strongly pref erred.3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferab ly in manufacturing f inance or corporate accou nting.

Strong experti se in GAAP, cost accounting, internal controls, and financial rep o rting.

Advanced proficiency with ERP s ystems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

Except ional analytical, organizational, and communication s kills.
