Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Staff Accountant based in Lancaster, PA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Staff Accountant will maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role also involves preparing financial analyses, assisting with audits, and helping improve operational efficiencies within the accounting department. Qualifications Strong skills in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and journal entry preparation Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management Experience with preparing for audits and maintaining compliance with accounting standards Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
