EZ Accounting Pro About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to adapt to new software, systems, and processes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to accuracy and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve accounting issues. Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and workflows. Assist with audits and other financial projects as needed. Tax preparation experience is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 3+ years of accounting experience preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Experience with other accounting software platforms is a strong plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, software, and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pay:

$44,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
