Part-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment and is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working across multiple accounting functions while supporting daily business operations. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite and a strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and maintain accurate order records within NetSuite. Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and customer account maintenance. Process vendor invoices, payments, and maintain accounts payable records. Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Support financial reporting and account analysis. Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with administrative and operational accounting functions as needed. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting/Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP .

Experience with:

Order-to-Cash (O2C) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Record-to-Report (R2R) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in distribution, trucking/logistics, or manufacturing industries . Experience with inventory accounting and operational accounting processes.
