You'll be working alongside a fun, energetic group of accounting professionals who genuinely enjoy what they do and genuinely enjoy each other. This is a place where you'll learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one. What You'll Do Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and post journal entries with proper documentation and support Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed Help prepare financial statements and assist with internal and external reporting Participate in audits and assist in gathering supporting documentation Identify process improvements and collaborate with the team on solutions What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-3 years of accounting experience (public or private — we're open) Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills A collaborative attitude and eagerness to keep learning Why You'll Love It Here Hybrid schedule — A couple of days working from home each week.
