Staff Accountant Eagan, MN Compensation:

With new leadership, significant investment in automation, and a highly approachable Controller, this is an opportunity to join during an exciting transformation. Primary:
40-50%) Own full-cycle AP, including 3-way PO matching in a manufacturing environment Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and vendor communication Support AP automation tools (Bill.com implementation upcoming) Month-End Close (30-40%) Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Assist with audit schedules and financial support projects Partner with operations on costing and accuracy Payroll Exposure (
Future:
10-20%) Gradually take on payroll processing as responsibilities transition in-house What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
Strong Excel:
pivot tables, VLOOKUP/SUMIFS, data handling Experience in AP and comfort doing transactional work Passion for learning, systems, and process improvement Compensation & Benefits Up to $85,000 base salary (no bonus at this level) 401(k) with company match Affordable medical and dental coverage Flexible hours + hybrid schedule Stable, growing, PE-backed environment #
