You'll play an active role in the monthly close cycle, balance sheet reconciliations, cash reporting, and financial schedule preparation β€” all while partnering with cross-functional teams and contributing to ongoing process improvements. ✦ Key Responsibilities Prepare and record journal entries accurately and on time Assist with cash activity tracking, bank reconciliations, and reporting Complete balance sheet reconciliations and support intercompany reconciliation processes Support monthly close activities in adherence to reporting deadlines Assist in preparing financial schedules, reports, and P&L analyses with commentary Assist with accounts receivable and remittance tracking Communicate issues and resolution status to Finance leadership Contribute within a team environment while progressively taking on increased responsibilities ✦ What You'll Need Minimum of 1 year of general accounting experience required; 2+ years preferred Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software Clear communicator who can work independently and collaborate cross-functionally A proactive mindset β€” someone eager to learn, grow, and take ownership over time EB-1613440834
