Job Description:

A growing and well-established organization in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team due to continued growth. This is a newly created position offering strong mentorship, long-term growth potential, and a collaborative team environment. What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Perform account reconciliations and support financial reporting Assist with AP/AR processes as needed Prepare schedules and documentation for audits Help identify process improvements and support operational efficiency Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies

What They're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting 1-3 years of accounting experience (public or industry) Strong understanding of GAAP principles Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Experience with ERP/accounting systems Manufacturing experience is highly preferred Someone detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to grow long term
