About the Role In this role, you will play a key role in supporting revenue tracking, accounts receivable operations, financial reporting, and business analytics. You'll work closely with the accounting and finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting, support forecasting activities, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Key Responsibilities Prepare and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely Monitor accounts receivable balances and manage collection activities Track and analyze revenue activity, cash collections, and aging trends Assist with customer account setup, billing schedules, and account maintenance Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Support cash application, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes Develop and maintain revenue, collections, and operational reporting for leadership Analyze revenue trends and provide actionable insights Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances Partner with internal departments to improve revenue tracking and reporting accuracy Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiencies Support audit requests and compliance-related activities Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Minimum of 2 years of accounting, finance, revenue operations, or related experience required, public accounting experience in any capacity is highly desired Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts Experience working with accounts receivable, billing, or revenue-related functions preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information If you've been searching for one of those rare opportunities where people genuinely love where they work, this could be it.
