Staff Accountant

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH is partnering with a large company that is hiring a Staff Accountant for their team. They need a detail?oriented Accountant to support day?to?day accounting operations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of accounting experience. Since this individual will be reviewing AR or AP, it would be preferred if you have knowledge of financial statement preparation. This opportunity offers internal growth on the accounting team and a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank and cash reconciliations Maintain and reconcile prepaid expense schedules Investigate and resolve variances and reconciling items Support month?end close and audit requests Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Three or more years of accounting experience; GAAP knowledge preferred Strong attention to detail and problem?solving skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of ERP software systems Benefits Two weeks of PTO 9 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays Fully covered medical, dental, and vision for employee 401k with a 4% match Commuter benefit coverage

Pay Details:
