As part of our continued growth, we recently completed a 150,000 square foot facility addition to support future growth and operational capacity. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment where they can contribute across multiple areas of accounting while continuing to grow professionally. Position Summary This position will support a variety of accounting and financial reporting functions within the organization. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who is comfortable handling core accounting responsibilities while also contributing to process improvements and special projects as the company continues to grow. This is a fully in-office position and requires on-site presence five days per week. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role. The position will work closely with members of the accounting and operations teams and will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end and year-end activities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist with monthly and annual close processes Analyze financial data and investigate account variances Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting activities as needed Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests Participate in process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for increased efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational and financial objectives Prepare reports and assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Strong mathematical and Microsoft Excel skills Strong understanding of general accounting principles Solid understanding of general business operations Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership and adapt as business needs evolve Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines Strong understanding of importance of confidentiality 5+ years of accounting experience preferred What We Offer Opportunity to join a well-established and financially stable company Collaborative team environment with leadership visibility A role with variety, growth potential, and flexibility based on experience and strengths Highly competitive benefits package Immediate opportunity to make an impact within a growing organization Compensation for this position is negotiable and will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
