Staff Accountant, Hybrid

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking to add a Staff Accountant for a growing company in the Grand Prairie area. This position is open due to growth. The ideal candidate for this job will have at least 2-3 years of accounting experience. This company has an upbeat and exciting work culture that is very enjoyable. In addition, they promote work-life balance that is a big part of their culture. This position pays 70K-80K. This role offers a hybrid work schedule on a permanent basis. Responsibilities Maintain balance sheet schedules and prepare monthly bank reconciliations Preparation and entry of monthly journal entries for close out purposes Review and reconcile accrued liabilities such as property taxes and operating expenses Preparation of full work-paper package to be reviewed by Senior Accountants Timely and accurate posting of all cash entries Review profit and loss statements at month end to validate all items are coded correctly Maintain and coordinate accounting control procedures Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years' experience in accounting Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Pay Details:
