Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description Staff Accountant 80K-85K+Bonus Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office) LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant for a company in Southlake, TX. This position supports key accounting functions, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and eager to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze assigned monthly P&L statements and balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals as part of the month-end close process Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management, including supporting schedules and documentation Ensure transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger in accordance with accounting standards Support payroll accounting and monthly accruals, including inter-company reconciliations Research and resolve accounting issues while contributing to process improvements and special projects Partner cross-functionally to analyze financial variances and support overall business operations Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience (public or industry) Experience with ERP systems preferred
Pay Details:
