We're partnering with a well-established, global manufacturing company in the St. Cloud area to identify a Staff Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career accounting professional who wants broad exposure, strong mentorship, and a clear path for long-term growth. This is more than a traditional accounting role-you'll be a key contributor to a collaborative finance team with visibility across the business and the opportunity to help improve processes, leverage technology, and make a real impact. What you'll do:

Support month-end close , including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reporting
Partner cross-functionally with leaders across the business
Assist with budgeting, audit support, and fixed asset accounting
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
Use tools like Excel, ERP systems, and AI/automation to work smarter and improve outcomes What they're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience is a plus)
Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
Strong Excel skills; ERP experience preferred
A continuous improvement mindset and comfort leveraging technology
