May 6, 2026 Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Creation of assigned journal entries using all available information Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts on a monthly basis and review activity for appropriateness. Including resolving discrepancies and performing root cause analysis to prevent future incidents Provide ad hoc account analysis, including forecasting Identify and explain balance sheet and income statement variances to budgeted / forecasted / expected Participate in the month-end and year-end close process Assist with the generation of monthly internal and external financial reporting Provide support with internal and external audit requests Develop and maintain process and control documentation over assigned areas Contribute to process improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned Competencies/Skills Required Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and ability to analyze accounts and variances Proficiency in Excel and Word Ability to multitask Strong communication skills Attention to detail Education/Experience Required B.S. Degree in Accounting finance, or other acceptable related experience required. 3-5 years' experience in public accounting or 3 years' industry experience.
Work Schedule Anticipated hours are:
Monday•Friday 8:00AM•5:00PM Standard hybrid work schedule with the ability to work remote
Monday and Friday Pay and Benefits Salary Range:
