Staff Accountant II

We're looking for a Staff Accountant II who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of key financial processes—from reconciliations to sales reporting. This is an on-site position based in our office - Remote work is not available as this role benefits from in-person collaboration and hands-on support with daily financial activity

What You'll Do:

Reconcile deposits, bank activity, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy Process and finalize unit sales transactions, including data entry and verification Prepare journal entries and support monthly close activities Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner Collaborate with teams across locations to gather and confirm financial information Support inventory tracking and assist the accounting team as needed

What You Bring:

2+ years of accounting experience or an associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong understanding of basic accounting principles High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Solid Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems (dealer system experience is a plus) Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate and support others What It's Like to
