Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff / Senior Accountant with hands-on experience using Sage Intacct (or another Sage platform) and Ramp . This individual will support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in maintaining accurate financials within a fast-growing healthcare environment. Responsibilities Manage general ledger and journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end close Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Oversee accounts payable and expense management through Ramp Maintain accurate financial records in Sage Prepare financial reports and support leadership with analysis Assist with budgeting and forecasting Support audits and compliance requirements Improve accounting workflows and processes Requirements 2+ years of accounting experience (Staff level) 4+ years of experience (Senior level preferred) Hands-on experience with Sage (Intacct, Sage 50, or similar) Experience using Ramp for expense management Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred Strong Excel and financial reporting skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Multi-entity experience PE-backed or high-growth company experience Strong month-end close ownership What They Offer Competitive salary: $85K - $105K Full benefits package Growth opportunity into Senior/Accounting Manager Collaborative leadership team Apply or message Precision Recruiting Agency directly to learn more.
