They leave because nobody's teaching them anything. Not here. You'll work directly with Partners, speak with clients, and get exposure to the sort of work that usually takes years to get near. Tax returns, planning conversations, bookkeeping, client meetings. The lot. You'll get a 4 day workweek outside busy season, no mandatory Saturdays, multiple bonus opportunities, and the chance to learn from people who actually enjoy helping people develop.
