The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax-related activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the company's financial operations. Responsibilities Prepare and review federal and state tax filings. Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and tax requirements. Manage tax calculations, filings, and reporting. Assist with corporate tax returns and related documentation. Maintain accurate tax records and financial reports. Coordinate with management and external tax advisors when required. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the company. Requirements Experience in U.S. federal and state tax compliance. Experience preparing corporate tax returns. Understanding of IRS regulations and compliance requirements. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related educational background preferred.
