• 115,000 The Opportunity We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Tax Accountant to lead and grow our tax team.

This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise, client advisory, and operational excellence. This is a full-time remote role, and the right person will be included in decision-making as part of the leadership team. Tax preparation and tax review experience is highly needed What You'll Do ✅ Lead and mentor a high-performing team of tax professionals ✅ Oversee complex tax compliance and planning engagements for businesses and individuals ✅ Collaborate with legal and accounting / Fractional CFO counterparts to deliver holistic client solutions ✅ Manage and grow client relationships through proactive tax strategy and advisory ✅ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
