This isn't just a support role—you are critical to the effective operation of our practice, ensuring our professional team has the precise data necessary to support their work and report production. Based in our Warwick, RI office, you'll work at the intersection of finance and law, managing key document inventories and ensuring our firm's reputation for excellence is reflected in every document we produce.

What You'll Do:
Master the
Paperwork:
Take full ownership of document lifecycles—organizing, indexing, and tracking large volumes of critical financial records and discovery materials.
Ensure Excellence:
Act as the final "quality control" for expert reports, cross-checking financial data, and proofing for absolute accuracy.
Financial Analysis:
Assist with basic financial reconciliations, summarize financial data, and conduct industry research using top-tier internal resources under the supervision of our professional team.
Project Command:
Keep the team on track by managing deadlines, tracking outstanding requests, and preparing materials for legal proceedings.
Who You Are:
A Detail Detective:
You spot the typo or the missing decimal that everyone else misses.
Highly Organized:
You are able to create order out of large amounts of disparate documents.
Tech-Savvy:
You are proficient with Excel, Word, and PDF tools, and you enjoy learning new specialized software.
Professional & Discreet:
You understand the sensitive nature of legal and financial matters and handle confidential data with the utmost integrity.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in professional services work (Business Valuations, Accounting/Finance, Legal, Forensic Accounting, Litigation Support). Matrimonial Litigation Support experience is a plus. Working knowledge of financial records, financial statements, and accounting principles. Some accounting coursework is preferred. Paralegal certification is not required but is considered an advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
