Job Description

About Us:

Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple investment entities Monitor cash activity and bank reconciliations across all investment entities Assist with the quarterly and annual financial close process Support with the preparation of financial statements Assist with asset trial balance close, rent calculations, and other analyses as needed Assist with annual audit workpapers and respond to auditor requests Assist with investor reporting and ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or Finance preferred 1-3 years of fund and/or private equity accounting experience. Excellent quantitative/analytical and verbal/written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Technology proficiency is essential as the candidate would leverage a number of software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work in the office two (2) days per week.
