$25.00-$30.00 Per Hr Description This position is based in Charleston, SC, and is a contract opportunity. The role involves supporting daily accounting functions, managing financial records, and ensuring accurate account reconciliations using accounting software. The ideal candidate will have experience with small business accounting and possess strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Support daily accounting operations for multiple entities. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Process accounts payable and manage vendor payments. Oversee invoicing and assist with accounts receivable. Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting. Qualifications Strong experience in accounting, including reconciliations and invoicing. Proficiency in using accounting software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
