We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Post journal entries to the general ledger and manage a high volume of accounting transactions Assist primarily with Accounts Payable and be cross-trained in Accounts Receivable Process bill payments in line with company policies Assist with invoicing and submission of purchase orders Prepare international shipping paperwork as needed Research and resolve discrepancies in financial data Maintain and improve internal financial controls Support general ordering and administrative tasks, including answering phones, guest check-in, and filing Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting and administrative functions Qualifications Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Previous experience in a fast-paced accounting environment Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred 5+ years of accounting experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills High mathematical aptitude and ability to research independently Compensation $22$28 per hour , depending on experience. Offered compensation:
