Responsibilities General ledger, A/R, A/P, and bookkeeping Monthly financial statements and reconciliations Inventory accounting and cost tracking Customer refunds and revenue support Journal entries and accurate recordkeeping Audit and tax support with company CPA Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting experience Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) E-commerce or inventory accounting experience preferred Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Organized, accurate, and dependable Pay & Benefits $72,000-$85,000 per year , based on experience Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Opportunity for growth as responsibilities expand Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply even if you don't meet every requirement.
